We are not affiliated with or endorsed by HealthCare.gov, the Health Insurance Marketplace®, any state exchange, or any government agency.

SMS messaging terms

Program: Latitudes Health Group sends text messages about appointment scheduling and reminders, responses to your questions, and updates on quotes and coverage you have requested.
